items will be shipped within 1-3 business days unless otherwise notified, delivery time is hard to predict, usually it takes 7-20 business days

returns/exchanges are accepted within 7 business days of receipt of your package, item must be returned in its original packaging. 

shipping fee is not refundable (in case there were any), as well as return shipping, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
